Both Paul & Steven are members of the Bergen County Bar Association. Both participate in continuing legal education courses regularly. Both have owned commercial & residential real estate, which gives added perspective and knowledge. Both have also been domiciled in Northern New Jersey their entire lives.

Paul W. He attended Rutgers University undergraduate and Rutgers University Law School. He is also a United States Air Force Attorney, Lieutenant-Colonel, retired.

Once you find the house and negotiate the price you will be asked to sign a Contract of Sale.
